The first 1 hours is charged at 1,000 JPY, with 300 JPY charged for any additional hour thereafter. Usage of bed and shower is included in these prices.Any time between 12:00 and 21:00. Please use freely to freshen up by having a rest or taking a shower, or use the lounge as your personal office.

The usage of the shower is charged at 800 JPY, and can be used anytime during your 3 hour stay. We have complimentary towels, shampoos, and body soaps ready for your use so please come empty-handed.

FAQ

  • 1. Consecutive Stays
    Even if you are here for a consecutive stay, we ask all guests to check out every morning at 10 am. Your sleeping pod and locker will change every day, so please store your belongings in our free space on the 1F.
    2. Cancelling or Changing a Reservation

    However, cancellations on the day will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
    3. Late Arrival
    If you are likely to arrive later than midnight 0:00, then please phone us at Kyoto (075-353-7337075-353-7337). If we do not hear from you we will cancel your booking automatically.
    4. Payment Terms
    Payment is required in advance, at the time of check-in. For consecutive stays, payment for each day should be made separately at the time of check-in.
    5. Methods of Payment
    Payment can be made by cash or via credit card (VISA, Master, American Express, JCB).
    6. Oversized Luggage
    Luggage that does not fit in the lockers can be checked at free space on the 1F, even after you have checked out. We will only hold your luggage on the day that it was checked. This does not include valuables. You are responsible for the safety of your valuables.
    7. Check-in, Check-out, and Extensions
    Check-in begins at 12 noon and you have until 10am the following morning to check out. There are no extensions.
    8. What to do with the lounge wear at the time of check-out
    At the time of check-out, we appreciate your cooperation in handing in your lounge wear together with your locker keys at the front desk.
  • 9. Loss of key or tag
    Please leave your key at the front desk whenever you go outside after you check-in. If a key or tag is lost during your stay, you will incur a cost of 5,000 yen or 2,000 yen respectively. Please note in advance that we will not be able to reimburse the cost even if they are found at a later date.
    10. Amenities
    Bath towels, face towels, lounge wear and toothbrush are inside your locker. Hair dryers can be found in both the male and female locker and shower areas. Shampoo, conditioner and body soaps are provided inside the shower booth.
    11. Inside the Sleeping Pod
    Sleeping pods measure 110cm wide by 220cm deep by 110cm tall. Each sleeping pod features our Sleep Ambient Control System for lighting control.
    12. Laundry
    There are no laundry facilities (washing machines) on the premises.
    13. Eating and drinking inside the sleeping pod
    You are free to bring your own food and drink since we do not provide any dining facilities. However please eat or drink in the lounge only, and refrain from doing so inside the sleeping pods.
    14. Cleaning Fee
    Damaged or sullied bedding, intentional or otherwise, is subject to a 5000 yen cleaning fee.
