House Rules

  • The number on your locker key is your capsule and locker number.
  • The entire property is non-smoking
    (including heated tobacco).
  • We have many shared spaces. Please be considerate of other guests.

Capsule Area

  • To ensure a comfortable sleep environment at all times, please:
  • Refrain from conversations.

    Set mobile phones to silent mode and avoid phone calls.

    Do not use devices that produce loud sounds.

    No eating or drinking in the capsule area.
    (Please use the lounge where available.)

    Change into slippers inside the facility.

    No large luggage in the capsule area. Use the locker area for packing.

Check-out

  • Please check out by 11:00 (10:00 at the Narita Airport location only). Late check-out is not available.
  • At check-out, return your locker key, loungewear, and towels.
  • Please return your locker key, loungewear, and towels. Check-out is complete once these items have been returned. You may take the in-house bag with you.

Lounge

  • Where provided, the lounge is available at any time during your stay.
  • You may use it for eating, conversations, phone calls, and web meetings. Keep your voice low and be mindful of others.
  • Not available after check-out.

For Guests Staying Multiple Nights

  • Facility-wide cleaning is conducted daily from 11:00 to 15:00 (10:00 to 14:00 at the Narita Airport location only). Capsules and lockers are unavailable during this time. Please leave by 11:00. At locations with a lounge, you may use the lounge.
  • Your locker is for your exclusive use during your stay. You may leave your belongings inside when going out. Staff will not unlock your locker except in an emergency.
  • Bed linen is changed during the facility-wide cleaning. Please ensure no belongings are left in your capsule by 11:00.
  • New towels and loungewear will be placed in your capsule during the cleaning.
  • Return used items to the designated collection point.
  • Slippers provided are offered on the first day only. For additional items, contact the front desk.

Front Desk Services

  • Complimentary items: earplugs
  • For purchase: toothbrush, razor, skincare set (*At locations with a vending machine, please purchase from the machine.)
  • Loungewear size changes is available (subject to stock).
  • Luggage storage: Large items that do not fit in your locker can be stored at the front desk.
  • Post check-out luggage storage is not available.
  • At Narita Airport and Sendai locations, please leave your locker key at the front desk when going out.

Other Information

  • Payment: Full payment for the entire stay is collected at check-in. No refunds for guest-initiated changes. Breakfast plan cancellations are also non-refundable.
  • Damage/soiling: A fee of JPY 5,000 will be charged if bedding is soiled. Depending on the extent of damage or soiling, additional actual costs exceeding JPY 5,000 may apply, including cleaning or replacement costs and room revenue for the period the room cannot be sold.
  • If disruptive behavior affects other guests or staff, you may be asked to leave the property.
  • Please keep valuables with you. The property cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or damage.
  • For safety and security, CCTV cameras operate in shared areas.
