Welcome to 9h nine hours
For first-time guests, we will guide you through the check-in process and the use of our facilities.
Check-in process
Standard check-in
For guests paying on-site, please proceed to the front desk for payment. After payment, we will provide you with a key card (or locker key).
Self check-in
For guests who have paid in advance, you can use the 9h self check-in in certain locations. Please follow the instructions on the tablet near the front desk to check-in. Your smartphone will become your key card.
Smart check-in
At hotels with smart check-in, all guests will check in by themselves regardless of on-site or advance payment. Please follow the instructions on the screen to check in. After check-in, a key card will be issued.
Lockers
Please store your valuables and luggage in the lockers. (Please refrain from bringing luggage to the capsule floor.) If your luggage does not fit in the locker, we will store it at the front desk. Also, please change into the provided loungewear and wear slippers.
*Capsules themselves cannot be locked by law. Please be sure to store your valuables in the locker.
Amenities
We have prepared a full set of amenities (loungewear, towel set, slippers, toothbrush) in the locker. Earplugs are provided for free at the front desk, and shaving kits and a skincare set (makeup remover, facial cleanser, lotion, moisturizer) are available for purchase.
Shower
Refresh yourself in the private shower booth. Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided in the booth. Hairdryers are available in the washroom corner.
We use the 'TAMANOHADA' brand from Tamanohada Soap Co., Ltd. a long-established company that has been making soap for over 100 years. Learn more here.
Capsules
Rest in the iconic capsule units of 9h nine hours. With no corners inside and a cocoon-like shape, the capsules provide a private space with minimal sense of confinement, allowing you to sleep with peace of mind. Some capsules are equipped with sensors for the sleep analysis service '9h Sleep Fit Scan.'

Notes for the capsule area
There are several points to note in the capsule area. Please check the signs in the facility.
Checkout
Please return the key card and loungewear to the front desk.
For guests staying multiple nights
We have set aside cleaning hours from 10:00 to 14:00.
During this time, even guests staying multiple nights are not allowed to enter the facility (the lounge is available). Please move to the lounge or go out by 10:00 and return after 14:00.
During your stay, please use the same capsule unit and locker. Please do not leave your belongings in the capsule unit for cleaning. You can leave your belongings in the locker and go out. However, please note that the use of lockers during the facility cleaning hours is not allowed.
Request for movement
Access to the facility is restricted from 10:00 to 14:00 every day (the lounge is available). Please return your loungewear and amenity bag to the front desk by 10:00 and move to the lounge or go out. Please keep your key card with you.
Amenities
A new set of amenities (loungewear, towel set, slippers, toothbrush) is provided in the capsule unit. Except in emergencies, our staff will not open lockers for guests staying multiple nights, so please rest assured.
