    Cancellation policy change for reservations in 2020 Tokyo Olympics Games dates

    Following the announcement of the postponement of 2020 Tokyo Olympics Games, nine hours (including do-c) have decided to change the cancellation policy to those customers who have made a reservation of non-refundable stay plan through our official website. Customers could either change their booking dates to the Olympic Games held in 2021 with no extra charge or cancel their reservation with full refund. You will need to apply by April 30, 2020.
     
    Since detailed schedules of the Olympic Games held in 2021 has not yet been released, it is possible to inform us on a later date to which day you want to change your reservation. We will contact you again as soon as the competition schedule is fixed. However, please be sure to let us know that you have the intention to change the dates of your reservation before the application deadline.
     
    *Customers who have reserved through travel agents or third parties should contact the agencies with which the reservations were made. Cancellation policies of the respective agencies will apply.

    nine hours Kyoto will reschedule its permanent closing date, which was originally planned on May 7, 2020. For those customers with a reservation in this period will be reached individually.
